The staff were excellent and outstandingly accommodating day and night. My a nice size and well-appointed room had air conditioning, a balcony, and a TV. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

Enjoyed our rooms with a kitchen. The location was perfect and peaceful - just 5 minutes' walk from Chisholm Park. Our stay was enjoyable and we would return here.

The location is marvellous and excellent, very close to everything in Hanmer.

There were neat and new-fashioned rooms with very clean beds. The food was fabulous with a lot of alternatives. All of the staff members were very helpful and excellent.

Thanks a lot for the relaxing stay for a wedding. The room is good-sized and well laid out with amazing views over Park and close to town. This property is in a particularly good and gorgeous location, close to all main attractions, shops, cafes and spa and snow capped mountains on lounge side. Also, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa is just around the corner.

The room was well laid out and well-equipped and had a flat-screen TV, a lounge and a balcony as pictured in advertising. The view of the snow clad mountains from the window was splendid. The property was in the heart of the city.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Chisholm Park was great and beautiful. The staff were all extremely friendly, which was unquestionably a plus.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Hanmer Springs. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff provided a warm and helpful welcome, and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the amazing view from our room. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Plus, having breakfast included in our rate was a great value for money.

I had the most amazing stay at a premium accommodation in a scenic location. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, including a cozy fireplace. The view from the bedroom and kitchen was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and even upgraded me to a room that was accessible for my knee injury. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and luxurious experience.
